Bungalows - Southern Costa Blanca

We have probably built & sold more low level bungalows on the southern Costa-Blanca than any other developer, every phase selling out in record time. We fully understand the love affair people have with bungalows so we just keep building them. As prime land gets harder to find and building costs escalate we believe our new range of bungalows cannot be beaten on price, quality or location. Our 2 or 3 bed bungalows are all on desirable level corner plots with off road parking, private walled gardens, roof solariums, patio area and large communal pool areas. We always ensure that shops and other amenities are close by to our phases, we dot build them where people do not buy them.
