We were the first established Spanish Property Company to hold vast “Spanish Only” exhibitions every weekend in prestigious venues all over the U.K. and Ireland. We started them over 20 years ago and to this day they are still as well attended as ever with genuine people, we realise the importance of these shows and are fully committed to holding them most weekends at a venue near you. With brochures and websites you get general information but most people want to actually sit down and talk direct to people who actually have bought and live in Spain, they want the answers only face to face will give them. We refuse to promote or sell anywhere but Spain, we strongly believe in specialising in what you do, our clients deserve it. We do not believe any other Country offers the proven infrastructure of Spain, ideal for retirement, holidays or investment; it is easy to get to and has a strong economy, low crime with an excellent health service.
Our exhibitions are vast, normally over 5,000 sq ft of display to browse at leisure, very comprehensive and completely informative in all aspects of property purchase in Spain. There are extensive easy to read sections on all important items with regards to legalities, health, pensions, mortgages, schools, tax benefits, running costs, investment and lifestyle. We have friendly, mature knowledgeable staff to talk to who actually own and live in Spain, get facts direct not guesswork.
Our Plasma screens with video presentation & lap tops have detailed information on our entire property range with prices and costings. Our shows are so good you think you are actually in sunny Spain. At most shows we also have a Spanish Solicitor and senior staff from our Spanish office plus independent financial advisors who are fully au-fait with every aspect of sensibly raising money here and in Spain.
We believe our exhibitions are the best in the business; certainly the largest and we have the most experienced staff, no salesmen, no gimmicks, just honest facts.
