Dear Prestige, Just thought we would drop you a line to thank all your Spanish staff for making our recent viewing trip so wonderful, we honestly never thought we would see so much property in so many different locations. It was a tiring but thoroughly enjoyable 4 days and we are over the moon with the new Flamingo Bungalow we have chosen. It will be ready in a few months and my children are already booking their flights on the web, it will get very well used by all our family. Once again please thank all your staff in Spain for us in particular Kellie who made our time there so enjoyable. Yours truly Jack & Beryl Edwards
Dear Janet, I am dropping you a line to thank you all so much for looking after me so well before I went on your inspection tour and whilst I was in Spain. Being a lady now sadly on my own, in what I fondly call my later years, I was extremely nervous about relocating to Spain. Your company and staff looked after me so well I cannot thank you enough and I met many nice new friends close to the apartment I have chosen. Chris was wonderful and understood how nervous I was and what a big leap of faith I was taking. Special mention must go to Alvaro the lawyer who went through everything in minute detail for me. The other good news is I have now accepted a lower offer on my bungalow so I can move out sooner than originally anticipated. I shall be in touch again soon, hopefully the contracts will be exchanged here quickly so you can arrange my permanent return to my lovely new apartment. Dear Graham, As promised, dropping you a line to say that we did not buy on our recent visit to Spain with your company. We were totally in awe with the huge selection of Villas we were shown, we really did not expect to see so many, there was just too many to choose from. I suppose we are like many people and we went totally over our pre-set budget of £140,000. My wife would have bought the lot but we have to be sensible. We need about another £50,000 to get the one we both liked the most, the extended Andrea Villa with garage and kidney shaped pool. I now fully understand how you were concerned about our own finances before we went, you were right and we were wrong, we should have arranged our finances first. Can you kindly thank David Brown for trying his best to assist us but the bottom line is once we saw the Andrea we were set on that or nothing. We are desperately trying now to quickly raise equity on one our properties in the U.K. and David has assured me he will still honour the price he gave us. Hopefully we can then go ahead, I must say that everything you told us before we went came true and we could not have been looked after better. We shall definitely be in touch again very soon. Dear Janet, We cannot thank your company enough, the trip was just great from beginning till end. Who would think that two normal working class people like us could ever afford a Villa in Spain. Our tour guide Karen was wonderful, where does she get all her energy ? We are having the Conchita Villa built so we have to wait for 14 months but this has helped our finances and gives us time to plan ahead. The family are so excited for us and hopefully Jim can finally get his Spanish vegetable garden and patio he dreams about. Please convey our thanks to your boss and tell him to give Karen a rise, for all the assistance she gave us, she was an absolute treasure and nothing was too much trouble. Dear Mr Shepherd I have recently returned from an inspection visit to Spain with your company, (7–10th April ), staying at Hotel Mediterraneo, Guardamar. My guide / representative for the duration of the visit was Mr Chris Harrison who I commend highly for his good manners, courtesy and professionalism, but above all, his knowledge of the property market and local area. He tirelessly drove long distances to show me a varied range of properties within my price range, and answered clearly and directly my many questions. By the end of my visit I was extremely impressed with the Flamingo Bungalow at Rojales hills. My intention, originally, had been to buy-to-let for a 3-year period until my retirement in 2010 and then to emigrate permanently. I did not pay a deposit (due to concerns this may tie me into an agreement ) but took the decision, after lengthy discussion with my family back home, to visit the bungalow and local area again with my eldest son in the very near future in order to purchase. However, since my return home and having wrangled with my decision for almost three weeks, I have realised that I would be unable to emigrate alone. My dream, like so many nowadays, was to retire to the sun. The dream still lives but having been able to visualise myself alone in a foreign country I do not have the courage or confidence to take the step. Added to that I have had the joyous news of a new grandchild; I think that speaks for itself. I will therefore not be purchasing a property from your company in the near future. However, I was hugely impressed with what you had to offer and should my head/heart change direction, I would contact you again (‘tried an trusted’!). Thank you so much for affording me the opportunity of the inspection visit. Dear Prestige Villas, Thanks to Prestige Villas / Euro-Prestige, we purchased a detached Villa Andrea in the delightful Spanish Village of Bigastro between Alicante and Orihuela on the southern Costa Blanca. A very nice area of outstanding scenery with a lot to see and do in the area. Lovely mountain views and a short drive to beaches and coves all around. Prestige Villas looked after us all the way to completion and did us proud in the days we spent touring around the area with them, viewing property and enjoying the many sights and great restaurants. This gives one the chance to see the vast amount of choice Prestige Villas has to offer and what a fabulous choice we had. It was a very relaxed 4 day trip with your excellent staff, they answered all questions put to them. At the end of the tour you are asked your preferences of area and property, then it is in your court to agree a property one-way or the other with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. An important point we asked “are there vacant surrounding land plots as it could affect our view or privacy when completed” ? On this important matter Prestige-Villas staff completely put my mind at rest to our total satisfaction, we felt that we have bought with total confidence and everything we were told and promised has now happened. We can honestly say we are extremely happy with our fabulous new Villa and would recommend your Company to anyone who wants to buy in Spain, totally hassle-free with complete confidence.
