Although our 4-5 day, relaxed and cost-effective viewing tours at £99 per couple are the easiest and safest way to buy in Spain, we fully understand that some people may wish to explore the Southern Costa Blanca at their own pace. Our new, fully-furnished, luxury beach apartments at the prestigious La Zenia beach complex, just 30 minutes south of Alicante, are ideally positioned rental apartments to explore this charming area. This high standing, south facing complex comprises of two or three bedroom apartments each private terrace, television, safety box and dual air-conditioning. A stunning communal swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun terraces and secure underground parking make for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The complex’s reception service is available to all customers.

Located just 100 metres from La Zenia Beach, awarded year after year with the distinctive Blue Flag, these fabulous apartments are also five minutes from three International 18 hole golf courses and a few minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja, where you can enjoy beautiful sea-front promenades, nautical clubs and a large variety of restaurants, bars and other entertainments.
If, whilst you are staying at La-Zenia, you wish to spend a day or so viewing property just let us know and we shall collect you at times to suit with keys to properties in your required budget.

If you decide to purchase through us whilst there, we will deduct the rental and travel costs from the price of the property.
